What is Gigtime?
A time tracking and invoicing app built for freelancers. Track time with a simple entry grid, a real-time cross-device timer, or both — then turn those hours into professional invoices. It runs on iOS, Android, the web, Windows, macOS, and Linux, with real-time sync across all of them.
How is Gigtime different from Clockify, Toggl, or Harvest?
Gigtime lets you track time your way — log hours in a grid after the fact, run a cross-device timer, or mix both. Invoicing is included free on every plan, which most competitors charge extra for. No team features you'll never use, no enterprise bloat.
I used AND.CO / Fiverr Workspace. Is Gigtime a good replacement?
That's exactly the gap it was designed to fill. You get the same entry-based time tracking, client management, and invoicing, plus a cross-device timer, real-time sync, and native apps for every platform. You can import your AND.CO data via CSV — time entries and invoices both.

Using the app
Can I use Gigtime on multiple devices?
Yes — sign in anywhere and everything syncs in real time. See Platforms and devices.
What happens if I start a timer on one device?
It appears running on all your other devices within moments, with the same elapsed time, and you can stop it from any of them. Details in The timer.
Can I edit a time entry after creating it?
Yes, any time — unless it's on an invoice, in which case it's locked to keep the invoice accurate. See Logging time.
Does the timer round my hours?
Not unless you ask it to. By default elapsed time is recorded to the minute — 47 minutes is 47 minutes. If you bill in blocks, the Rounding option in Settings → General rounds timer durations up to the nearest 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes when you stop the timer. Manual entries are never rounded.
Can I export my data?
Pro users can export time entries and reports to CSV, and anyone can download report and invoice PDFs. See CSV export.
Pricing and plans
Is Gigtime really free?
Yes. The free plan includes unlimited clients and projects, unlimited time entries, invoicing, the timer, and real-time sync. No time limits, no hidden fees — it's supported by ads.
How much does Pro cost?
$3.99/month or $39.99/year on the web (annual saves about 16%). App Store and Play Store prices are slightly higher because of store fees — the full table is in Free vs Pro.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets a 30-day Pro trial with everything unlocked — no credit card required. See The free trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
You keep using Gigtime on the free plan. All your data stays; you just lose the Pro extras until you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep Pro through the end of the period you've paid for, then land back on the free plan. See Managing your subscription.
Security and technical
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored in PostgreSQL with row-level security, so it's isolated to your account, and all connections are encrypted with TLS. Two-factor authentication is available for your account.
Does Gigtime work offline?
Not currently — it's an online-first app. Offline support is being explored for a future release.
Can I import from another time tracker?
Pro users can import CSV exports from AND.CO, Toggl, Clockify, Harvest, or any generic CSV. The import wizard maps your columns and previews everything before writing.
