Creating an account

Go to app.gigtime.app (or open the app on your device) and choose Sign up.

Signing up​

You have three options:

  • Continue with Google
  • Continue with Apple (on iOS, macOS, and the web)
  • Email and password

For email signup, enter your address and create a password. Passwords need at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Click Create Account.

By creating an account you agree to Gigtime's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — the signup screen links to both.

No credit card is required, and every new account starts with a 30-day Pro trial.

Verifying your email​

After signing up with email, Gigtime sends you a verification link and shows a "Check your email" screen. Click the link in the message; you'll land on an "Email Verified!" page and get bounced back to the login screen with a green "Email verified! Sign in with your credentials." banner. Sign in and you're done.

You can't sign in before verifying — the app will tell you "Please verify your email address before signing in." If the email doesn't show up, check your spam folder, and see Troubleshooting if it still doesn't arrive.

Signing in​

Enter your email and password and click Sign In, or use the Google/Apple buttons if that's how you signed up. Remember me keeps you signed in on that device.

If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you'll be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. The code field auto-submits once you've typed the sixth digit.

Forgot your password?​

Click Forgot password? on the login screen, enter your email, and hit Send Reset Link. The email contains a link to a page where you set a new password (same complexity rules as signup) and confirm it. Click Update Password, then sign in with the new one.
