Navigating the app
Gigtime's layout adapts to your screen, but the same pages exist everywhere.
On desktop and tablet
A sidebar on the left groups the app into three sections:
- Time Tracking — Timer, Entries
- Management — Clients, Projects, Invoices, Reports
- App — Settings
Your profile, notifications, and subscription pages are reachable from the top of the shell. If you prefer more working room, Settings → General → Auto-collapse Sidebar collapses the sidebar after you pick a menu item.
On mobile
A bottom navigation bar carries the four pages you'll touch most:

Forms that open as centered dialogs on desktop open as bottom sheets on mobile; the fields are the same.
Search
The global search (magnifying glass in the top bar) finds clients, projects, and invoices by name or number, so you can jump straight to a record instead of walking through lists.
Theme
Gigtime has light and dark themes. Choose Light, Dark, or Auto (follow the system) under Settings → General → Appearance.
