Platforms and devices

Gigtime runs everywhere you work, with one account and real-time sync between all of them:

PlatformWhere to get it
Webapp.gigtime.app — any modern browser
iOSApp Store
AndroidGoogle Play
WindowsInstaller from gigtime.app
macOSDownload from gigtime.app
LinuxDownload from gigtime.app

Sign in with the same account on as many devices as you like. Time entries, clients, projects, invoices, and the running timer all sync in real time — log hours on your phone, review them on your laptop, no manual sync step.

Platform notes

Web is always the latest version; there's nothing to update.

Windows and macOS check for updates automatically about once a day and offer to install new versions when they're available. You can also check manually under Settings → General → Check for Updates.

iOS and Android update through their app stores as usual. Push notifications (timer reminders, invoice-viewed alerts, and so on) are available on mobile — see Notifications.

One platform difference worth knowing about: subscriptions are billed through whichever platform you subscribe on — Stripe on web and desktop, Apple on iOS, Google Play on Android — and prices differ slightly between them. Details in Managing your subscription.

Does it work offline?

Gigtime is an online-first app: you need an internet connection to sync and to access your account. Offline support is being explored for a future release.
